Michael Wayne is in his second year with the Michigan Bulls.  Unfortunately Michael was struck by a knee injury last winter and didn’t make it back until the end of the season.  When Michael stepped back in he stepped up.  You saw immediately development at the plate, in the field, on the mound and on the bases.  Michael is primarily an infielder, but will learn corner outfield positions this year.  He has a lot of ability on the mound and will be counted on for important innings this summer.  This is a kid with a lot of size and a lot of upside.  In will be fun to watch what Michael does with a full season in ’09.
