Sean, a Michigan Bulls Alumnus, played under Frank Gallagher from 1994-2006. A graduate from Detroit Country Day High School in 2000, where he was a dual sport athlete in football and baseball, Sean attended Albion College before transferring to Oakland University in 2002. Sean played a combination of first and third for 3 years before graduating with a Marketing Degree in 2006.
Sean helped open the Bullpen in 2004 and has worked as a Director and Professional Instructor for the past 4 years. During this time, Sean has coached successfully at many different levels, including as an assistant/hitting coach at Henry Ford Community College in 2005. In 2007, Sean took on the 12u NFWB Cobras team and compiled a 37-15 record in route to becoming MATBL League Champions. That summer also brought him the Northville Early Bird Championship, the MATBL Summer Shootout Championship, a USSSA State Runner-Up and Semi Finalist at the AAYBA World Series. It was such a successful summer that he continued to coach many of the same players the following fall where the group posted a 11-1 record and a League Championship.
This 12u group has shown so much growth the past 8 months that Sean will continue to coach this group this upcoming summer as the Michigan Bulls 12u Red squad. As well as head coaching this team, Sean will act as a Roving Instructor throughout the Michigan Bulls organization.
