William, a Michigan Bulls Alumnus, played under Frank Gallagher from 2000-2006.  A graduate from St. Francis de Sales High School (Toledo, OH) in 2000, William attended the University of Findlay where he was  Runner-Up Freshman of the GLIAC Conference in 2002 before transferring to Oakland University. While at Oakland, William received the Most Defensive, Most Offensive and Most Valuable Player Awards in 2003. That same year, he was named to the 1st Team All-Mid Continent Team and would later be a Preseason pick as well in 2004. From 2004-2005, William served as a Co-Captain for the Golden Grizzlies before ending his career in 2005. William graduated from Oakland University in 2005 with a Bachelors; concentrations in Business and Communications.

               

William joined the Bullpen coaching staff in 2006 as a professional hitting instructor and would later assist in coaching the first ever 10u Bulls team alongside with Bret Gove in 2007. That same summer, William coached the Great Lakes Thundercat’s, a 18u summer team full of future collegiate baseball players. The Thundercats compiled a 20-6 Record and Mayors Invitational Championship that summer. William also coached the 18u High School Fall Team where their record was 13-1 and League Champions as well.

 

William will continue to coach the Michigan Bulls 18u team this upcoming summer as well as assisting as a Roving Hitting Instructor throughout the Michigan Bulls organization.
